\nVeritasBible.com is a fun and engaging program for the entire family!\u00a0\u00a0There are currently three courses available on VeritasBible.com and they are: Genesis to Joshua, Judges to Kings, and \u00a0The Gospels.\u00a0 According to their website two additional courses, Chronicles to Malachi and Job & Acts to Revelation are in\u00a0the works.<\/p>\n

Setting up accounts for my kids was very simple.\u00a0 I entered their name, selected their gender, selected an avatar, and the account was ready to go!\u00a0 Every student account is individual so your children can work independently, at their own pace.\u00a0 You can go back and forth between the three courses however,\u00a0the lessons in each\u00a0course must be completed in order.\u00a0 The only time any skipping around is allowed is\u00a0in sessions\u00a0that have already\u00a0been completed.\u00a0 Your students are also free to go through and review the previously completed lessons as many times as they wish.<\/p>\n

\"VeritasBible3\"<\/a>
\nThe lessons can be adapted to any schedule.\u00a0 Every lesson is split up into multiple sections and\u00a0when you log in the next time you\u00a0have the option to pick up right where you left off.\u00a0 This makes it easy\u00a0to find your place should you have to stop in the middle of lesson.\u00a0\u00a0There are multiple,\u00a0professional,\u00a0videos in every lesson and each one is kept to a couple minutes or less.\u00a0 The videos are engaging and keep the attention of even the younger crowd.\u00a0 For example the lesson will start off with a 2 minute video, followed by another video that is 45 seconds, and then a third that is a little over a minute.\u00a0 Following will be some review questions or new questions, then back to a few more videos.\u00a0 At the end of every lesson there will be\u00a0a graded worksheet to be completed.\u00a0 Once the worksheet is submitted, it will be graded and you will have an opportunity to print the graded pages for your record.\u00a0 On the printed pages it will record the date, the child’s name, the questions asked, the correct answers, and the answer that was chosen by the student.\u00a0 The passing grade for the graded pages is 70% and the student must earn a star in order to move on to the next lesson.<\/p>\n

Initially, I had set up individual accounts for Sweet Pea,\u00a0Peanut, and Lil’ Bit.\u00a0 However,\u00a0Peanut and Lil’ Bit preferred to\u00a0watch the video with\u00a0Sweet Pea.\u00a0 Since\u00a0I couldn’t skip\u00a0past the videos on their accounts\u00a0so they could\u00a0do the interactive portion of the lesson they just worked together under Sweet Pea’s account.\u00a0 We started with the Genesis to Joshua course.\u00a0 Peanut and Lil’ Bit enjoyed watching the videos.\u00a0 Sweet Pea said she enjoys all of it, especially the videos.\u00a0 She\u00a0also mentioned that\u00a0sometimes she\u00a0finds it hard\u00a0but is glad that it is challenging her.<\/p>\n
