{"id":1730,"date":"2016-10-12T14:57:36","date_gmt":"2016-10-12T18:57:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lifeofahomeschoolmomma.wordpress.com\/?p=1730"},"modified":"2016-10-12T14:57:36","modified_gmt":"2016-10-12T18:57:36","slug":"review-myfreezeasy-com","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crayonstokeyboards.com\/?p=1730","title":{"rendered":"{Review} MyFreezEasy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/schoolhousereviewcrew.com\/myfreezeasy-com-freezer-meal-plan-membership-myfreezeasy\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/i1202.photobucket.com\/albums\/bb374\/TOSCrew2011\/2016%20TOS%20Crew\/10%20-%20October\/10%20-%20My%20FreezEasy\/MyFreezEASY_zpsavqc4mhw.png\" alt=\"MyFreezEasy.com Freezer Meal Plan Membership {MyFreezEasy}\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The <a class=\"bbc_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.myfreezeasy.com\/join\" target=\"_blank\">MyFreezEasy.com Freezer Meal Plan Membership<\/a> from <a class=\"bbc_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.myfreezeasy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">MyFreezEasy<\/a>\u00a0has been a blessing to my family!\u00a0 We have had the opportunity to try new recipes as well as build our freezer meals for the busy days while reviewing the\u00a0Premium Annual Membership.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1751 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lifeofahomeschoolmomma.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/10\/productimg.png\" alt=\"productimg\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With the Premium Annual Membership I have\u00a0eight downloadable meal plans available every month to choose from and every month there are new set of recipes to choose from.\u00a0 The following meal\u00a0plans are available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Traditional Plan<\/li>\n<li>Gluten-Free Plan<\/li>\n<li>Slow Cooker Plan<\/li>\n<li>Clean Eats Plan<\/li>\n<li>20 Meals Plan<\/li>\n<li>All Chicken Plan<\/li>\n<li>All Ground Beef Plan<\/li>\n<li>All Pork Chops Plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Due to children that have multiple food allergies and food sensitivities I used the create your own meal plan feature to build a custom menu\u00a0for my family.\u00a0\u00a0I love it because one of the categories\u00a0available in the search\u00a0is a Top 8 Allergy category.\u00a0 This is a huge blessing for my family\u00a0because four of the eight top allergens are on our list.\u00a0\u00a0 I would love to see it as an option for one of the monthly meal plans.\u00a0 I would also like to be able to search for recipes containing specific ingredients and exclude recipes\u00a0containing specific ingredients.\u00a0 It is helpful when you want a recipe using specific items that you already have in your pantry or if you need to exclude ingredients (like in our case would be due to allergies and sensitivities).<\/p>\n<p>Another bonus with the Premium Membership is the ability to change\u00a0the portion sizes of meals.\u00a0\u00a0The preset meal plans are\u00a0set at 4\u00a0servings.\u00a0\u00a0Through the swapping a meal feature\u00a0the meal portion sizes can be adjusted to 2, 4, 6, or 8\u00a0servings.\u00a0 Perfect for my family of 7!\u00a0 The portion sizes are generous and has left everyone satisfied.<\/p>\n<p>Once I completed my meal plans\u00a0I savde the recipes as a PDF (They can also be sent via email.) and printed everything off.\u00a0 A shopping list is included to make 2 meals per recipe.\u00a0\u00a0 The recipe offers a couple different\u00a0directions for preparing.\u00a0 One\u00a0if you are cooking a single meal (and freezing the second one) or prepping both meals for freezing.\u00a0 The recipes also provide freezing and thawing instructions and how to make the meal dairy-free and gluten-free.\u00a0 I did find a few meals that said there were no good options for making\u00a0them dairy free, when there are dairy free alternatives available\u00a0to be used.\u00a0 I\u00a0chose\u00a0to cook one\u00a0meal and freeze the second one on all recipes that I used from MyFreezEasy.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0It was\u00a0is a breeze!\u00a0 It only took a couple extra minutes to open up the cans and dump them into a freezer bag and to measure extra spices.\u00a0 Then on the bag\u00a0I wrote if any items were missing from the bag since I already had some of the ingredients frozen.<\/p>\n<p>The <a class=\"bbc_link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.myfreezeasy.com\/join\" target=\"_blank\">MyFreezEasy.com Freezer Meal Plan Membership<\/a>\u00a0is very affordable.\u00a0 There is a Basic Membership which is $7\/month or $77\/year or the Premium Membership (What I am reviewing) is\u00a0$10\/month or $95\/year.\u00a0 Both plans have access to the same meals &amp;
