When I found Tapestry of Grace about 6 years ago I didn’t expect to gain the friendships that I have.\u00a0 Before I joined the group some of the members began a Secret Sisters ornament exchange\u00a0group where every December those who wish to participate\u00a0are assigned a secret sister to pray for and send an ornament.\u00a0 The Secret Sister group is more than just that month time frame of filling out the application, waiting for and receiving our assignments, praying for our secret sister and her request(s), and sending the package, with the revelation.\u00a0 We talk throughout the year, sharing things going on in our lives, asking for prayers, and the famous annual Super Meet.\u00a0 We laugh, cry, celebrate, and mourn with each other.\u00a0 Even when the Lord moves\u00a0one of us\u00a0on to other curriculum,\u00a0graduates\u00a0the last child, or\u00a0even placing\u00a0the child\/children into\u00a0a public or private school we are always welcomed to\u00a0stay in\u00a0this group.\u00a0\u00a0This group is so very\u00a0special!!<\/p>\n
Last week we lost one of our own.\u00a0 One of our beautiful friends fell ill and lost her life.\u00a0 She was a mom with three beautiful children!\u00a0 It still doesn’t feel real and I am still at a loss for words.\u00a0 My Facebook feed has been filled with wonderful memories of her shared by people that she has touched.\u00a0 When I go to her page it is full as well.\u00a0 She was a beautiful person inside and out!\u00a0 She will be missed!<\/p>\n
