Hello everyone!\u00a0 I pray that everyone is doing well!<\/p>\n
This week has been a busy one!\u00a0 I began last weekend at the hospital welcoming a nephew into the family!\u00a0 I love being at births!\u00a0\u00a0It is such a special time welcoming\u00a0new babies into the world.\u00a0 It was a blessing to be asked to be there!\u00a0 My sis rocked and I am very proud of her!!\u00a0 I also had the privilege of being at the births of my two nieces.\u00a0 When I was at the\u00a0eldest sister’s birth I was 39+2 weeks pregnant with my youngest daughter.\u00a0 I was on the schedule to be admitted the evening she was born.\u00a0 In December, I saw an article circulating Facebook about sister-in-laws that had babies on the same day, just hours apart, at the same hospital, with the same OB.\u00a0 That was my sister-in-law and myself except our deliveries\u00a0were a day apart.\u00a0 \ud83d\ude42\u00a0 It kept our nurses on their toes because we had the same last name, both had girls, same OB, and used the\u00a0same pediatrician’s office.<\/p>\n
Spent the rest of the\u00a0weekend reading a book that I will be posting a\u00a0review on\u00a0soon and running errands after church.\u00a0 We got a few more baby chicks!\u00a0 During the week we stayed busy as usual.\u00a0 The kids had Awanas.\u00a0 Sweet Pea is stoked that she finished Book 2 in Sparks and just has to do the review so she can go to Book 3.\u00a0 We finally found Peanut’s book, in a very safe location where we put it so we wouldn’t lose it.\u00a0 The kid’s switched to another church for Awanas since our church no longer has an Awana program and they wanted to continue with Awanas. We needed her book to show exactly where she left off last year and couldn’t find it.\u00a0 BTW, it was in the file cabinet.<\/p>\n
I decided to pull out water beads this week.\u00a0 At the homeschool conference this fall The Homegrown Preschooler<\/a>\u00a0{not an affiliate link}\u00a0was there and selling water beads in holiday sets and we bought a set.\u00a0 The set included Christmas, Independence Day, St. Patrick’s Day, and Valentine’s Day.\u00a0 I did the Christmas set first (sorry no pictures) and we needed some more water beads so I did the Valentine’s Day set as well.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Sharing some of the pictures from the process of\u00a0prepping them.<\/p>\n \u00a0 \n<\/a>Water Beads – Holiday Set\n<\/p>\n<\/a>
