Hope everyone had a wonderful Monday!
Our day was wonderful. We had a relaxing day. We finished off the day playing a couple of games.
Tonight we played Continent Race and Prime Climb.
Continent Race is a nice and simple geography game. There is an easier track, which we played tonight, and an advanced track. The goal is to collect country cards from each continent on the board.
Going clockwise from the top right was Lil’ Bit, Munchkin, me, Train Buff, and Peanut. I was the one with no sets. It was probably another 5 or 10 minutes later that I got my first set. Train Buff wound up winning the game.
I will have to share more about the game after I have a few more games under my belt.
The next game, Prime Climb, Lil’ Bit and I played. It too is a simple game. The goal is to get your two pawns to 101.
It had been a long time since we last played the game and we both had forgotten some of the game play. I also apparently forgot to tell her one of the rules. So I told her we could play the game again so she could apply the rule in game play.
I forgot to take a picture of us while we were playing the game. However, since I realized this as we were putting the game away I was able to take a quick picture of the board.
The goal is to get both of your pawns exactly to 101. You can add, subtract, multiply, or divide the number on each die to the circle your pawn is located on. It was a close game but, I won.
What games are you and your family playing?
I hope everyone is doing well! Have a wonderful day.
Oh my goodness, I’ve never heard of either game and they both sound like fun.
They are!
